Art Attack Blog, Week 5, term 3

WHAT?

For art attack my goal was to produce a piece of art related to our local landscape using either paint, water colour or pastel.

With Mrs Marsh I learned about foreground, midground and background in landscapes.

SO WHAT?

  I have enjoyed going to different classes

NOW WHAT?

I would like to try water colour next time because its challenging things and I like a good challenge

My Term 3 Literacy Goals

My learning Goals for Term 3

What?

I have been identifying my literacy goals for the start of term 3

My reading teacher is Mr.Rule

My writing teacher is Mr.Rule

So What?

My handwriting goal is to use cursive

My spelling goal is to complete list 5

My writing goal is to describe a moment in time

My reading goal is to use several pieces of information to make inferences (on information not directly in the text).

My blog goals are  

• to  add more detail to my blog posts          

Reciprocal reading

I am learning about Reciprocal reading.







I have learned that reciprocal reading involves students being the leaders. Everyone is expected to contribute.

Intergrated Learning

WALT: design a piece of furniture.

I learned:  how to make a table with cardboard.

Here is an example of my learning: get cardboard and cut the cardboard out and make a table.

Next time I will make something else for our learning spaces.

PE

 WALT:pass kick catch a large ball.

I learned how to play large ball games, such as basketball and football.

Here is an example of my learning: you make a w-hand and then you throw

Next time I will try to catch a large ball.
